These were swarming all around me today while gardening. They love the rasberries and the comfrey plant. They didn't seem to care that I was digging around below them.
You have your camera with you when you're gardening? Dang, you are such a dedicated photog. I have to remind myself to borrow one & then remember to take a pic... lol.
Well that's a good question. Usually I ALWAYS have my camera nearby, but this time I didn't. When I realized that the bees didn't care that I was that close to them, I went in and grabbed the camera and came back. I didn't get the best close-up, but they wouldn't be still! I guess that's where "Busy Bee" came from.
....with perceptive eyes at the world about you, and trust to your own reactions and convictions. Ask yourself: "Does this subject move me to feel, think and dream? Can I visualize a print - my own personal statement of what I feel and want to convey - from the subject before me?
I just got shivers... OY!
