How tall are you sunflowers now & how tall do they normally get at their tallest point?

They can get as high as 6 feet, but around here with the deer I'm lucky if they make it to 2 feet! I tried some in the fenced garden last year, but they didn't turn out for some reason. Oh well, back to the drawing board!
